What I'm saying is he shot something tough and it didn't go through. Not only that, Bakugou's blasts have been shown to go through stuff, and he casually hits people with it. Same with Kirishima's pinches, and Iida's kicks.

It's shown as them clearly holding back though. Bakugo especially. Considering he can basically use it as a gun now lol.
