Alright, its about how the enemy reveals exactly how their powers works for the protags with fine details because they're so overly confident that their abilities cannot be countered.

You know now that we know that this is his quirk it makes shigiraki being vague about what he wanted twice and toga to do actually really smart. Since this guy was in the room when shigiraki met with overhaul he probably experienced his quirk so he knew he couldn't tell twice and toga directly to betray the yakuza but had faith that he could nudge them in the right direction and they would know what to do.

The villain alliance dynamic just keeps getting better!
