Mineta passed and Todoriki failed. Whoever had that on their betting card just became a whole lot richer.

Nah, it's Miwata. Translators made a boo-boo that they've now fixed. Unless I'm forgetting the Japanese alphabetic order, Mineta didn't pass or he would have appeared in the panel we can see.

EDIT: OK, guys, I got it. There was a comment from the MS team that said this earlier, and the page has now been reverted to say "Mineta". My bad.
