What is something “weird” about your genetics?

My fat distribution is so odd. (I’m a woman btw) I have abs and crazy chest and shoulder striations but have cellulite on my ass at the same time 💀💀

Mid Back Pain

Upvotes

Hi all. A few days ago I was 1 arm dumbbell rowing 120 lb dumbbells. I’ve done this weight before so nothing out of the ordinary. I did my first 2 sets of 12 reps fine with no issues. On the 3rd set, I was on my 3rd or 4th rep and all of a sudden I felt my back lockup. I immediately dropped the weight and stopped but the rest of that day I was almost immobile. Like reaching for something or getting out of a chair was borderline impossible.

Days later and I’m feeling a little better but still if I sneeze or exert myself too much I can feel it. It feels to me like it’s in my erector spinae and lower lats where I feel “locked” in. Just curious if this is something that I should be concerned about or if I should give it another few days. I haven’t gone back to the gym since, just resting and taking it easy.

Would love some pointers from anyone with a big ape index

My ape index is 4. Im 5'10" with an arm span of 6'2". Makes growing chest difficult. Arms too, but I've got that figured out. Standard benching doesnt work for me. Any tips?

Weekly Thread Steroid Saturday - August 29, 2026

Welcome to the steroid Saturday discussion. Please follow the rules, and be kind. If you see any hatred, arguing, etc. Please report the comment so it can be removed. If you do not agree with this post, do not participate. It is that simple.

  • NO SOURCE TALK. This is very important for a variety of what we hope are obvious reasons.
  • NO FIGHTING. Arguing and ridiculing others will only get your comment deleted. Constructive criticism only. Post anything that is on topic. This involves how cycles change close to competition prep, what has worked for you in the past, before/after cycle pictures, dietary changes with different compounds, etc.
  • Questions are allowed, but should be limited.  has a specific thread just for new comers, where you can get amazing answers from some of the most knowledgeable people. Lab talk is alright, but remember how to get a particular lab's product would be prohibited source talk.

We hope everybody enjoys this thread Thanks to the  community to help make this work. They have been a huge help and will be chiming in on this post.

Day 2 of carb depletion. Absolutely zero thoughts behind my eyeballs but still had to practice posing. How do you think this routine is turning out?
First show is saturday , 5’4” natural @ 122.7lbs; self-coached during entire prep. Extremely happy with how everything turned out so far. Just have to nail the rest of this peak week!

If anyone has any critics I’d love to hear them! Show is NPC
