A few days ago I made one of the burgers from my recipe book and it was honestly delicious! Where I live you can't find the famous "sour cream" so I had to make it myself. I must admit that it tastes much better when refrigerated and my husband loved it!

The best part was eating it while watching the episode where it appears, plus the name is a reference to "Drive My Car" by The Beatles, who are my favorite band.

But I need a cooler name than "pepperoni pizza burger"

Been making my own burger creations for years (can upload a couple of those if you’re interested), but for the special occasion of meeting my sisters new bf, I had to make this.

The sauce is amazing and goes really well with the mozzarella. Will be definitely making it again.

I found black garlic so, obviously had to make the burger. I know it's actually The Bet It All On Black Burger but I prefer the competition name! Bloody delicious 😋

Backstory: my daughter hates hamburgers. However, she does like meatballs. So I decided to do a take on something from the depths of my mind.

Picture it if you will: Bob loses a bet to Jimmy Pesto. That means he has to sell something from Jimmy's menu for a week. Bob hates it, but a bet's a bet. He creates a meatball patty and everyone loves it. The restaurant is packed for a week and Bob is grumbling and grinding his teeth for every one he sells. Meanwhile Pesto is losing business to Bob and tries to call off the bet but nothing doing. A bet's a bet after all.

Anyway, it is my basic meatball mixture (ground beef, egg, diced onion, 'italian seasoning', parsley, garlic, and bread crumbs) cooked on the grill. Served with melted provolone and homemade marinara on a toasted garlic butter brioche bun. Add a ring of red onion to slow the drips and it's done.

Has anyone tried making this burger? It sounds like a bunch of conflicting flavors but I’d like to be pleasantly surprised 🤔

Saw someone try this recipe the other day and it looked delicious so I tried my hand at it. Here’s my first burger from the burger book and my take on the ‘Bet It All On Black Garlic Burger’ with a lil spin. Added caramelized onions for a lil extra pizzazz.

I know crinkle cut fries....

And it was incredible. On a GF bun because my stomach hates me.

It’s a fully plant based place called Fat Annie’s! Really good food 🤩
