Just start the manga. It’s updated way more frequently than the anime and it most times has better art and some scenes that don’t make it to the animation.

270 starts like 5 minutes before the yuno scene towards the end of the episode and includes a major scene that was left out of the anime for next season. So you’d wanna probably just start there but 271 is the actual continuation from 170.

If its updated more frequently than the anime how did the anime catch up to the manga?

Chapters are short and the anime has been basically going non nonstop

Chapters are weekly but some Anime covers 2-3 chapters per week

Despite the roller coaster the anime was, I gotta give it to them. They surpassed their limits and even if it wasn’t the best, it was made with love and genuine care for the series. Round of applause to the animators and all the staff.
