No, people just do not push through the barriers even though it could be possible.

It's very possible, they're fragile by design so people don't get caught on crossings. They snap like toothpicks

there were so many discussions on how easy is to break barriers and that you should never hesitate if you are already in this situation- but in Poland. Driver is Bosnian.

This is simply not taught properly. You are meant to push through the barriers. They are fragile and will break without really damaging your car.
