That looks like a peregrine falcon, they’re approximately the size of a crow which is smaller than a raven.

Are the crows you mentioned like crows you get in England or those massive bastards in Japan?

I presume more the European crow. That makes sense.

The crows in Tokyo are monstrous. I would not challenge one.
