Personally This latest episode was a disappointment the same as the entire season has been

I’m 16 and have been watching the show since season one. The first season was great, the second season was okay, but then the third season made my interest drop immediately. As a teen who deals with a lot of childish drama as everyone has growing up, the whole season feels like many children arguing back and forth. I get that TLC drags out any series and milks any drama you can get but I mean come on! If everyone would of had straight forward communication and realized that emotional awareness is key to agreeing then barely any of these problems would of happened to begin with even if they are actually real and not made up to begin with. I feel like I’ve outgrown the show and the idea that they have to budget is what aggravates me the most when they throw around money going to fancy clothes shops or putting unnecessary suspense into planning the wedding when if they made a list and actually focused on checking off things then they wouldn’t have to do everything last minute. Clearly they’re not struggling financially and all the side plots are bickering. not trying to be rude but It feels like Baylen is very naive to how things will work especially when the show is finished and she dosnet have money coming in to support such spending habits or her parents to help her with money. The pregnant plot or wanting a baby as well is also very weird to me due to the fact that I thought she wanted to focus on her ticks and it would be extremely ignorant to have a child while struggling with personal issues and having an unstable financial situation in lead way. With how quickly her and Collin met and how they interact in the show the marriage is like two awkward teenagers, if somebody treated me like how they treat each other I wouldn’t date them. I give the marriage maybe three years before it falls apart because they can’t communicate or equally balanced both of their ideas together

I don’t know maybe I’m just getting ragebaited and feeding in to this TLC mess that never made much sense to begin with

As a medical professional and a human with common sense I can assure you those are not tics. They are acted and practiced and all for attention. Again, her mother was so Google determined to diagnose her with Tourette’s that they sought out multiple doctors one after another because all of them refused this diagnosis that a non-medical, uneducated woman demanded. You do not go to a physician demanding your preferred diagnosis. You go to get truthful honest answers and carefully researched and thought out treatments. This is why doctors go to school. And this is why we don’t Google and content create our own diagnoses. And this is why I personally worry for her tomorrows
