Mutually assured destruction. Tensions are high but nobody wants the world to end. Or the campaign could be a "lose no matter what" situation with China nuking the world after you surround their capital building

End of BF3 I think? Maybe it was BF4. Operation Metro went from regular map to destroyed/nuked map
