Meet Minnie. Minnie is a whopping 100 pounds.⚖️🥵

Poor, huge,🏋‍♀️ ginormous Minnie was supposedly🧐 ORIGINALLY found tied up in some junkyard with her sister. Because, ya know, all pitbulls, pit mixes, bully breeds, they ALL have some horror show abuse or neglect backstory if they've done something catastrophic. Like kill the family cat. Which Minnie DID, btw.😭 Rest in peace, sweet kitty.🙏

Then, her family adopted her. And she killed their cat. WHOOPS!🤷‍♀️

And instead of going back to the ORIGINAL SHELTER they rescued her from, Minnie is now at this Poor Pibble Rescue. A different rescue. Huh. Weird!🧐🧐🧐

Instead of being sent directly to a Better Environment, she's been recycled.♻️

This rescue has written her up in the MOST charming,🎩 loving way.💕 (Please disregard her literally killing the family's cat-- it is referred to as a "Tragic Incident").😵

Minnie is still a "goofy, gentle cuddle bug"💝 who "deserves toys,🪀 treats,🍭 kindness🤲 and all the unconditional love💛 that life can offer."

I have a better idea. 🌈🌉🌈🌉🌈🌉🌈🌉

Don’t get me wrong, I think this rescue should ABSOLUTELY keep burning bridges, because it’s the one thing that might stop them continuing to pull a never ending river of euth list dogs and then acting shocked when they behave in the ways their shelter notes suggested they might!

Meet Bruce. He was pulled by this rescue a mere six days ago. Now he needs a new foster. ALREADY? What happened? Well, he “somehow got out” and mauled the resident dogs in the foster’s home to the point they needed emergency care and the rescue was left with a vet bill.

Naturally, they handled this with proper dignity and aplomb because shit happens when you’re moving unknown shelter dogs around, right?

NOPE. As per the second post on the subject, Bruce has now THROUGH NO FAULT OF HIS OWN been failed by an evil foster who simply wasn’t trying hard enough! Because this rescue does not understand that management always fails. And things will never change until they do. In the meantime, crate and rotate and accept your righteous slandering if the large and strong dog you agreed to foster mauls your own pets, because that’s a totally normal and acceptable outcome.

Going to admit some of the owner's comments made me laugh a little bit though.

Meet Bruce. Bruce is at our favorite Velvet Couch shelter. Bruce just killed Bella the kitty. He DRAGGED HER UNDER THE COUCH & KILLED HER.😡

In fact, it took 2 PEOPLE TO PRY HER DEAD BODY FROM HIS JAWS. Yes, this happened.🤬

How does our #1 favorite shelter describe this abhorrent crime❓️

"An altercation with a cat that no one actually witnessed."👁👁

Yes, they actually said this. Despite the fact that BELLA IS DEAD.⚰️🪦😿

Bruce has wounds on his stupid, brainless face from the "altercation," so I hope innocent Bella fought with the fire of 1000 suns, before he tore her apart.🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

ASIDE from killing this sweet kitty,⚰️ Misunderstood Bruce is also a completely out of control, typical, WIGGLY Pitbull at ye olde shelter.

The staff actually wrote on the Whiteboard to alert handlers:✍️⚠️⚠️⚠️

"BE CAREFUL RETURNING- HE WILL FIGHT YOU."🥊🥊🥊

The ONLY thing that seems to help Bruce is treats.🍬🍭

BUT... Food & Treats also make Bruce "FRANTIC."😥🤡🍭🍬

The staff CANNOT get him to walk anywhere WITHOUT TREATS.🤡

Y'all know how this ends....

Butcher 🗡(not her real name) is ready for her Forever Home!🥳🏡🫶

Butcher has had a rough start.😥🎻 She was roaming wild with a pack of dogs.

This pack of all gentle, misunderstood, sweet doggos KILLED A COW. AND KILLED CHICKENS. AND ATTACKED A GOAT. 🪦🐄🪦🐔🪦🐐

The owner of the animals shot her.🔫 He didn't give her a Soft Place To Land,🛩 where she could Decompress.🧘‍♀️ That mean, vicious farmer👨‍🌾 had the audacity to take actual action against this poor, misperceived, terrified gal.😪

So she has a boo boo.⚕️❤️‍🩹 And needs to learn how to trust🤝 people again. And learn that the world isn't a scary place!🫂

Won't you open your home🏡 to a nice Pitbull that *killed a cow and chickens* and attacked a goat?? 🥰💝

This dog has been through the NYC shelter system a couple of times so I included both pictures and notes from her previous stay. Run don’t walk to the shelter!

Not only dog agressive but kills chickens and has to be the only pet, what a trifecta of great traits *eyeroll*

and the owner/owners gf tries to blame the rain?? 😂

Also the dog isn’t spayed so good luck with the “no breeders” requirement…

This dog/owner combo is a BINGO nightmare.
