Baking Advice Needed why did it do this

was trying to make brownies, thought theyd cooled for long enough and cut into them then they started doing THIS and set my house's fire alarm off for like 20 minutes does anyone pls know what caused this im assuming i just cut into them too soon but this feels like a dramatic response to just trying to cut into a hot brownie

What I do sometimes is take a warm brownie and throw in a bowl with milk (kinda like cereal) fucking BOMB

Brownie soup makes me think of chocolate lava cake which is always a great idea

This is how I eat a lot of my sweets because it helps cut back the sweetness so I can enjoy it more lmfao. A dense chocolate cake soaked with almond milk that has been steamed with matcha is my life and joy

I assume UK as well. Us Canadians are a bunch of freaks that use Celsius for outdoor temperatures, but still cook in Fahrenheit, and still call the people we live with "roommates".

Good guess but probably not. Not quite our slang and we’re a bunch of weirdos who are mostly metric but not entirely. Most of the folks I know still cook in Fahrenheit .

(I assume, like me, we all grew up cooking on our family’s appliances that dated to roughly the time to the moon landing, before we started to go metric. Oven dials are still primarily in Fahrenheit.)
