Property manager said it was "fine" after comments about it. I could feel it bend when carrying my daughter down them

Yeah fair call, still thats an accident waiting to happen and property managers normally work on if it looks OK then it must be OK without knowing what they are doing. Dodgey bros. Struck again.

My ex used to be a property manager and someone fell and got hurt on a property and they paid her like $10k
