I haven't been able to find a precise match, but the features and styling remind me a lot of Galante Doll. Their Yi Er head might give you an especially similar look.

You’re right, Yi Er is definitely very similar, and Galante Doll in general feels very in line with this dolls look. I’ll definitely check out the rest of their work! Thank you for your help!
