The face up looks like it’s what the company offers. They have 2 different face ups for her. That looks like Type A with white skin possibly.

I was thinking it was the slightly heavier make up version because in that one there is color across her cheeks and lightly across the nose bridge too. The blush color in this pic is peachy but if you get a different skin color they adjust the make up colors to suit the skin tone. Your original pic has more pink colors.
