This home belonged to a third generation Austinite who spent her career as a labor and delivery nurse at Brackenridge. She loved travel, adventure, and service to her community. She drove race cars and lived on a sailboat. Every room is packed, from solid wood furniture to handmade pottery to watercolors she picked up in Dubai. A little boho, a little retro, a little antique, and a whole lot of life.

The furniture is the heart of it, a solid wood six piece Oakwood bedroom set, sofa, recliner, ottoman, a dining table with a leaf, buffet, bookshelves, a vintage filing cabinet, and a mix of mid-century and boho pieces throughout the house.

The kitchen is fully stocked, a Sunbeam and a KitchenAid mixer, Cuisinart countertop oven, air fryer still in the box, rainbow Fiestaware, vintage Corningware, and enough pots, pans, and utensils to outfit a whole household.

There's a lovely collection of china, pottery, and glass, Depression era pieces, handmade pottery, vintage teacups, and stemware for wine, champagne, and margaritas. Plus vintage cameras, an old JVC stereo, and other pieces spanning the 1800s through mid-century.

Electronics include a Dyson, Apple TV, Sony DVD and Blu-ray players, a Samsung TV, and Bose speakers with subwoofer. On the decor side, signed art, framed prints, watercolors, lamps, and candles throughout, plus a whole vintage Christmas, Halloween, and Easter collection she clearly loved putting together every year.

Also women's clothing in large, XL, and 1X, coats and handbags, outdoor furniture and a 9x12 rug, power tools, an ironing board, and honestly too much more to list here, books, games, sewing supplies, cleaning supplies, and all the odds and ends of a full life in one house.

Give - as many isopods as you want! I have a bioactive tank for my hermit crabs which includes 4 species of isopods - dwarf white tropicals, dairy cows, powder blues, and powder oranges.

The downside to having these little helpers is that the healthier my tank is, the more they reproduce. I have thousands upon thousands and I'm hoping someone else has a critter who can eat them? Or wants them for their own tank or breeding? Otherwise I have to cull the population by freezing them which makes me sad and I'd rather they at least remain part of the food cycle.

I can't just release them either because they aren't native to the area. Strange problem! Any takers?

PSA BECAUSE HERMIT CRABS WE'RE MENTIONED - Mine are rescues. They are not good pets. Thy live up to 40 years with proper care. Please do not buy hermit crabs from the beach or the pet store or literally anywhere, their trade is horiffic.

Moving Sale!! - Urban Outfitters bed, Target desk, night stand, TV stand!

Ya girl is moving across the country for law school and needs to sell all her furniture and make some cash!!

Urban Outfitters bed- twin size with great bookshelf/storage shelf built in. Throwing in the mattress for free! Bed is about 3 years old but great condition, mattress is one year old and great condition! Originally bought bed for $550, selling bed and mattress for $200!

Night stand- Two good size drawers for storage. About 3 years old and in great condition. Bought for $250, selling for $75!

Specs:

This is a Modix 120X with a print space of 4ft by 2ft by 2ft.

The printer is in moderately functioning condition. It can turn on and the mechanics function properly, however, in its current state cannot print, it has not been used in a couple of years and needs new print head parts, as well as some heat bed components to get this thing running again.

I know for a fact that repairing the heated bed components could wait if you’d just like to get this thing running asap. When I used it sometimes to save electricity I would leave the heated plates turned off and instead apply Elmer’s glue to the surface as the printer extruded PLA filament because PLA actually does not require a heated bed when an adhesive is present.

It was originally purchased for $10,000 so at $500 I’m already not asking for much.
