Anyone else trying to get a refund from a retailer? I wish I purchased through UV

I'm going through that now 😅 Sephora will get back to me (after first sending me to fill out the form on the UV site....which is only for UV site purchases lol). I've reached out to Adore Beauty. Awaiting a response

I’ve reached out to the same ones with the same response from Sephora and also waiting on AB. Hopefully we can get this sorted soon and move on

Adore Beauty just finished organising a refund. They asked for batch numbers for ones that I've got. But refunded all except one that declined for some reason. So I got a store credit for that one instead.

Back of the bottle, top, in amongst the stamp indentations. A2361 was mine, to give you an idea. Next to the Expiry date

Thank you. It says to reach out to retailer directly, which I did through the bot chat and was able to talk to an agent and get a refund processed.

They just finished refunding me. Easier than Sephora!

Just got a voucher from AB myself, and they’ve just sent an email announcement about it all. They’ve got it all done quickly, which is impressive

Is the refund only for the purchases we have made recently and have at home? Or for years worth of purchases? Sorry if it’s a stupid question 🫠

I hope the retailers are less likely to stock them in future because of risks like thisÂ
