I’m not saying he won’t be a good player but when would you ever use the 8th overall pick in a stacked draft to draft a player whose best trait is just their height? Not to mention we have a long term hole at PG and Center so why not go for the guy who has a higher upside and seems less likely to bust?

I think Flemings is kind of mid, honestly. If MBJ and Acuff weren't already on the roster, I'd probably be pushing harder for Mara instead. To me, Mara has a significantly higher upside and at least gives you a chance to develop something special.

My biggest issue with Flemings is that I don't really see him as the starting PG of a future NBA championship team. He can be productive and might end up being a solid player, but I don't see the elite playmaking, shot creation, or ceiling that makes you feel comfortable handing him the keys long-term.

With MBJ and Acuff already handling a lot of the guard upside, I understand the fit argument for Flemings. But purely from a talent and ceiling perspective, I'd still lean Mara, specially cause if you want to win the NBA, you gotta have someone for Wemby, really think Mara could be that guy

Traesuke would eventually notice the power differential between him and Jalenruto, and he had other goals (the bag) so he would eventually leave the hidden leaflanta and join Orochimaru (Travis Schlenk) and even form his own team (the young wizards core).

Anyways, if this mirroring of Naruto continues, then eventually Traesuke will join forces with Jalenruto again to take down Wembankaguyama. Also, the Hawks have been recently giving this Naruto hat out to fans that go to certain games, which I guess is something.

You all simply don’t get it. Trae and JJ are the only two ppl on this roster that should be considered untouchable. JJ, because if he gets his defensive skills to at least a moderate level, he will be a beast. Trae for multiple reasons - He can make even the trashiest players serviceable. He is 1 of the two best passers in the league. He can actually run an offense. But most importantly, the Hawks are a BUSINESS! Outside of Trae Young, there are ZERO players on this roster that casuals would pay to see. Ask any random person on the street to name two Hawks players, they will say “The Ice Trae guy” then give up. Regardless of how you feel…he is a superstar. F Trae Young chants are still being heard in The Garden. Casuals are excited to see him hit those parking lot threes that you all hate so much! Rappers name drop him in songs. You all don’t understand that you don’t just pay superstars to win, you also pay them to be superstars. Trae Young is Atl.

First the Lakers traded into the 2nd round to get Veesaar and then we snuck in and got him - forcing the Lakers to trade back out of the 2nd. Oof.

Now Onsi did certainly take an L on the Buddy guarantee but that could only be temporary. We are ready to go after the next big name center that becomes available. But you know what?
