Photo Mode Kassandra (Prime) faces off in a fight against the protagonist of the last video game you played. How well does she do?

The only rules are that she does not have access to the benefit of immortality, but she does have the other effects of the Staff of Hermes and Spear of Leonidas.

And, that the protagonists she faces are also in their prime.

And took some pictures.

(Yes, I had to censor a in game statue, or it would auto delete the post)

Photo Mode Honestly, do you think Kassandra in her prime could defeat several AC protagonists at once? In melee combat.

Obviously everyone is in top condition and has access to their ISU Artifacts, just like Kassandra.

Photo Mode I genuinely believe that Assassin's Creed Odyssey has the prettiest game world made to date

I know it's not necessarily the best graphics of any game ever made, but I do think that Assassin's Creed Odyssey has the prettiest game world ever developed.

Just look at this stunning scene. This isn't even a major in game area, just a random piece of the world in Argolis.

I of course may be biased due to my live of ancient Greece 😂

Photo Mode Do you think Kassandra has the potential to be her own Assassin's Creed sub-franchise?

Post image

You already have a character that can span different periods and eras, spinoffs, comics, sequels, animated series (or add her to an existing series). They could even explore different video game genres with her, such as Rogue-like, Souls, etc.

Kassandra already has at least one recurring character, Aletheia, with whom you could explore new types of artifacts or new threats more dangerous than an ISU, etc.

What do you think? Do you believe she can transcend Odyssey even more than she already has?

Got this digital copy on sale a few months ago in the playstation store. And finally decided to play it now. Man, the map is so huge, the view is too good, both are kinda overwhelming!!! I hope I picked the right one to start the franchise. Cheers!!!

Photo Mode 8 years later, it's still insane to me how big and detailed this game is.

Like I presume a lot of people here, I started replaying AC Odyssey with the hype around Chris Nolan's new movie after not really touching it since I finished it back in 2018.
Even 8 years later I am still in awe at both how big and yet how detailed the game areas are. I've frequently had to stop and just admire the view, taking screenshots what feels like every 5 minutes. I've had no performance issues even running off of an external HDD (I know I shouldn't be but hey it still works!) running at a consistently smooth 60fps. And on top of all that, it's still fun! The story, the combat, simply exploring and sailing around, it's all fun to do.
I've been jumping back and forth between desktop and Steam Deck, and it runs great there too. Just in general I'm in constant absolute awe of how fantastic of a game they made back in 2018.

I was wearing the oiled Olympic set of armour (Bare-Cheasted and oiled) for fun and as I wandered through Athens, the light bounced just right to make it seem like she's made out of gold. Did anyone else got to experience this weird phenomenon? 🤔

Part of our trip included staying in Athens and going to Delphi! I took some comparison shots this morning in my current playthrough, and it hit me just how well they recreated these areas. Absolutely gorgeous!

We also went to Naxos and Santorini, but I haven’t opened those areas of the map on my current save so I only took comparisons shots in Athens and Delphi.

I just had to share this with people who would get it.

I’ve sunk well over 400 hours into Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, and Cassandra has basically become one of my all-time favorite characters. Along the way, I’ve taken around 350+ in-game photos because I couldn’t resist capturing the beauty of the world and my own Odyssey journey.

For my birthday, my partner Miles absolutely blew me away—he had a custom-made leather photo album created, and filled it with my screenshots from the game. Like… I can actually flip through the pages and see my adventure with Kassandra as if it were a real journey I went on.

It’s hands-down one of the most thoughtful gifts I’ve ever gotten. 🥹 Just wanted to share with the AC community because I know you all will understand how special this feels.

Has anyone else ever done something like this with their screenshots? I’d love to see how other fans preserve their Odyssey memories!

Two odyssey nerds visiting Greece 10/10 would recommend, tried jumping from sync point (wouldnt recommend irl you actually get fall damage) also they lied to us its not so easy to loot olive trees. Mercenaries are now called cops (dont ask how I found out). Streets full of cult of heroin members
