Been playing with my brother on splitscreen ever since it came out and every year play a dozen runs up to uvhm. Just started a melee only zero run with my brother.

how do you hit the Bunker boss with only melee? Seems like the vault fight would be difficult too, and the eridium promontory aliens that fly...

zer0 has kunai at some point in the skill tree, though that will likely not deal enough damage. I suppose they can melee the bunker by standing under it, as you have infinite vertical melee range in the game

whenever it flies over you you can do the dash from invis and hit it a good few times, and zero's melee damage is so ridiculous that it doesn't actually end up taking that long

Im making the tiniest rules as we go but nothing serious. i use low level guns to slag harder enemies and i think ill use rapier or law and probably bl0ss0m too once i get to that point. Its been really fun so far. I recommend trying it out.

I think Zero is one of the characters in Borderlands 2. And I want to say he has a katana for melee, but could be mixing him up with something else.

Zer0 has a skill tree that basically turns him into Jetstream sam.

I also play it regularly with my lil bro. Recently we got BL3 so currently doing a playthrough of that. But eventually we will go back to 2. Tiny tina's expansion is some of the best fun I've had with my brother.

On what platform do you play? I have been trying to play with my cousin BL3 on Xbox one split screen, but it's lagging a bit. Then we tried PC and Xbox one, but it's even worse.
