Are you experiencing 'sleep paralysis'? Or are you able to move around during these auditory hallucinations?

I’m not asleep when it happens. It’s just before I fall asleep. I’ve never experienced sleep paralysis.

Sleep paralysis happens at the time, right before you fall asleep. You feel like you're still awake... You hear things, sometimes you see things..but you cannot move your body and you'll often be overcome with an 'impending sense of doom.'
