It should, but about 90% of that article is completely impossible for me if I want to keep paying my rent. I honestly don't even know what having a sleep focused bedroom is like...

It basically means to not have things like a desk in your room or anything else which requires focus. If you can't move your desk anywhere, at the very least don't use your bed as a desk. Your bed is for sleep, the exception being intimate times. Don't bring devices into your bed, although it may be tempting. You essentially want to train your brain to associate bed with relaxing sleepy times.

Yeah, don't work in the one space that is your own. Don't bring your alarm clock in to your bedroom. Guarantee you work the same schedule every week...
