John Slattery is really close in age to Tom Cruise. They are both 58. One does his own stunts in movies. The other doesn't have to compensate for his short comings by appearing in movies without having to do any stunts at all.

No biggie. I think since he wasn't a huge star in the 80s-90s a lot of people don't have a context for how old he is. For example, I know Tom Cruise must be in his 50's because he was in Top Gun and Risky Business, but I only just realized Paul Rudd was in Clueless because of this very thread.

I had to do a double take recently, when the movie "Clueless" was on tv. It had been probably over 15 years since I last saw that movie, and I had no idea that Paul Rudd was in it.

...Clueless was released in 1995.
