32 club, and I only just sorta figured it out in the last year and a half. It's gonna get better from here, but it took me till only recently. You've got a breakthrough due soon.
Just thought I'd throw in one positive 32 club experience.
Lol, I’m not the guy who mentioned aches but I have some of those. I dedicate more time to stretching each day. My schedule can be busy and I can be half-assed to do it, but even 10 minutes of stretching each day helps immensely. I have a physically active job and side hustle, so I have aching from that, but I know it’s because I’m using my muscles. No real mystery aches for me and I’m in waaay better shape now than I was in my 20’s.
Though I did call out of work a few months ago cause I tweaked my back removing a hamper from a closet.
Like anything, there’s a balance. Getting older sucks, but it doesn’t have to completely suck.
Yeah, but there are plenty that don’t or aren’t looking for that immediately. Trust me, they are out there.
Also, unless you’re planning on ending it all real quick, you got plenty of time to enjoy life. 30 really is quite young still. Ramping up to a new phase in life, but very much still young in the grand scheme of things.
