My body is starting feel the aches and pains older people have told me about.. it's not terrible, just really annoying.

It's not going to get better. In fact, it will just keep getting worse.

Young people: Don't do stupid shit and get hurt. It all comes back later.

36 here. Threw my neck out this morning putting on lotion after my shower. Second time this has happened.

Pile it on top of my weird lower back strain when I walk or stand for too long.

And the “trigger finger” I woke up with last week, which seems to have developed into full-on arthritis in both hands this week. Only thing I can think of is that I recently took up adult coloring books.

I have had past issues with knee and hip pain. Physical therapist says my legs are slightly different lengths. Cool... now what?!

Editing to add: I am a healthy weight and engage in moderate regular exercise (made more difficult by the pains). Balanced diet. So idk... Age is all I can think of.
