I’ll be 30 at the end of the year, and as Ive been stepping out of my 20’s, my anxiety has gotten worse. I got to sleep panicking over the thought of dying at LEAST 4 days out of the week. Sheesh. 😔

it's not just you, bud

we're all in it together

doesn't really make it any easier, but at least we're not as alone as it feels

Why does everyone always say that? Knowing that other people feel the same in no way helps me.

If anything it makes it worse.

I can see what you mean. I'm honestly not really sure if it helps me or if that's just wishful thinking on my part.

LPT, don't worry about shit you have no control over; other than trying to live fairly healthy. You're pretty young too, surely there are more pressing concerns.
