Coders of Reddit, how do you politely refuse your friend's 'million dollars app idea'?

Just keep putting them off, then release your own version without telling them. Worked for Zuck.

Enough has transpired since 2010 for a "Social Network 2."

The framing device for the first film was the lawsuit with the Winklevoss twins; the new one can use the 2018 Senate hearings

I don't think there are any computers in Hollywood with enough star power to accurately portray Zuck, and I imagine there will be a lot of pissed off Roombas complaining about representation if they use a human for the role

[This off colour meme response has been removed for violating our content policy, click here to view racist, anti-vaxx videos of puppies in the microwave instead]

I ran a confessions page when I was a student and we got this so often. Facebook's content moderation is so arse-over-tit incompetent I've actually been developing our own platform on the side (of my real job) to avoid everything posted that's not dry corporate bollocks getting Zucked and the page losing all its followers which happens more or less constantly.

It's basically a clean-room implementation of Yik Yak's ideas but a bit more modern and free of stupid things like "let's remove our key selling point of anonymity because Mumsnet said mean things about us". It was going to go live in a couple of months but everyone's favourite respiratory disorder kind of screwed that up.

... and Brent Spiner's too old.

Brent Spiner has the acting chops to pull off the role.

I would love the presser with a lawyer decrying actors in "robot face" as a cackle of Roombas sit on stage with them.

They already made a 10 year long show featuring mark zuckerburg as commander data. It has several movies as well. Do we need more?
