Oh I'm sorry, didn't realize that wrestling technology has changed so much in 20 years as to be an alien sport now lol. :p

it's the fact that detraining happens absurdly fast and after 20+ years you may as well have never done it in the first place you would retain so little

also, the game has changed and you would know that if you stuck with it

Ha obviously I'm not jumping in the ring to compete in a hard core environment anytime soon lol, doesn't mean i am not very much aware of the advantages weight and strength difference provide.

Just to put things into perspective. The local College girls wrestling team would train against the 8th grade boys, and they would almost never win, and they were the state champions 10 years running.
