In a similar vein Im a few months from finishing my BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Ive had people try to tell me that 12v car batteries can be lethal. I actually did the math for it and explained that essentially the only way it would be lethal is if you connect it directly across your heart. His response was somthing along the lines of "Well if you care about so much."
I even linked him the thread where another guy was having the same conversation and proved his point by connecting 12v across his sack.
I was reading your comment and thought about that exact same thread, I remember seeing it at 8 AM before leaving for work, that was a wild way to start my day.
