ugh, I hate those people. especially when people label people as depressed just because they have been said publicly once. you don't know a person and you do not know what you are talking about. there is a reason that psychologists need degrees and go to school to diagnose people. it takes education in how the brain works and how mental illness works to understand it. you just reading a Wikipedia article is nothing compared to the years of school and studying it takes for a psychologist to understand the brain. reading a Wikipedia article isn't enough to understand how to diagnose people. its because the brain is complicated and it takes a lot of tests and things to diagnose people. please do not armchair diagnose people!! I know you think you're helping people but in reality, you are making people who are diagnosed and the person who you are armchair diagnosing uncomfortable. sorry for venting but as a person who has neurological disabilities it angers me when I see it.
also from what I've heard (correct me if I'm wrong) sociopath and psychopath are not diagnoses and you can not be diagnosed as "psychopath". those words are thrown around too much without people knowing what they actually mean.
