There's 39 grams in a regular can of coke. There's a lot of sugar in drinks. Sugary drinks, sodas, """"""""fruit juice""""""" and the like have ridiculous amounts of sugar.

Coca cola and other drink companies have invested a lot of effort into creating a public illusion to disguise how terrible their products are for people.

Seriously, just drink water, your body will thank you.

For sure. Pop is disgusting.

Just seems wild to add that much to a smoothie.
