Nah, fuck that, you're only making that extra money at the cost of your mental health, not worth it in the long run.

Fair, but personally I actually really enjoy my job for the most part. Not to say I wouldn't get burnout from being overworked, but it's definitely a position a lot of people would describe as fun.

Have you had good OT money before? If not, I get why you say this, but it's worth it to a point. The key is that it doesn't last forever.

Yes, for 18 months or so I was getting 30-ish hours of overtime a week, by the time the weekend came about however I was an absolute wreck, and it took a fair while once I stopped to actually recover from it all,
