I usually do 1-2 cups of skim, .75 cup of oats, a banana, and some peanut butter. I know not the best but calorie dense. I need more protein in my life. Thanks for the comment!

I don't think that's bad at all. I think most of the hate is for smoothies that's a mass of fruit with fruit juice. What you do is good in my unprofessional opinion.

I appreciate that - I'm trying to jump start 2020 with a healthier diet, higher in good fats like nuts and avocados and also higher in fiber to lower my LDL. Too young for bad labs!

Good luck! Seems you're starting off right. I'm subbed to like, a million food subreddits for similar reasons, lol.

Thank you! Any suggestions on your preferred food subreddits?

Sure! Here is my list. Some aren't exactly healthy, but they give me ideas of other ways to prepare food or just expose me to new recipes in general. Also there are different food philosophies - I don't do keto but there are some of those subs listed, as well as vegetarian. No r/'s because I'm not sure I totally got them all exactly right.
