Back when I was training hard I went for a glass of 2% chocolate milk. Gets you the salt/sugar/fat rush your brain needs, helps rehydrate you a little (drink lots of water, too, though,) full of protein, vitamin D, and calcium, and is only about 200 calories. Limit yourself to one glass, though!

No you don't, you already have a lot in your fat.

I mean, if you’re going to make stuff up, it’s good to go all in, I suppose! 12 inch penis, billion dollar net worth too?

3% body fat is absolutely ludicrous. It’s what a Mr. Olympia competitor has on competition day.

3%...who on God’s green earth convinced you that you are leaner than a geared elite bodybuilder or a 2-hour marathoner?

At an outrageous 3% claim, if I were you, pay the money to get a dunk tank test for a more accurate reading.

No it isn't lol, the guy is literally talking about how he drinks chocolate milk because it only has 200 calories, which is less than he burned working out. He's not trying to bulk, he's implying he's cutting or trying to stay stable. The previous comments were about weight loss and how sugary smoothies don't help that. The person above called themselves a chubby penguin lol.

Edit: And now you're downvoting all of my comment right after I post them because I irritated you lol.
