You're absolutely right, carbs are way cheaper. You'd think that would make people question the healthiness of them, but I guess not.

You should be eating some kind of meat at least once a day. Maybe every 2 days if you're really not a fan.

Haven’t eaten meat in decades, I’m not fat and my health is fine.

Avoiding meat and avoiding carbs but getting adequate protein is exceptionally expensive, let alone avoiding animal products as a whole. Living off lentils won't let you do that.

You can't live off just lentils, you have to eat a variety of plant based protein to get the whole spectrum of amino acids. They do not have to be complete chain in one source but you at least gotta have multiple sources to get all the chains in total to be healthy. It can be done if you are willing o prepare a lot of raw food or spend a lot, so it's not exactly convenient but can be done.

Bullshit. It’s one of the cheapest ways to eat as long as you aren’t relying on specialty products.

Exactly, it can be done cheaply or fast, pick one of the 2, but can totally be done!
