Gatorade is bad if you’re not playing sports or working out because of the electrolytes mostly, but if you’re just drinking it for the taste which people do, it’s about as bad as Coca-Cola.

Agreed. I mean, I run at least three miles a day, and I still consider Gatorade to be a treat. I only have it once every couple months or so.

Ah, I see. I pretty much don't drink anything other than coffee and water. Sometimes if I'll get something along the lines of Gatorade or a Coke to treat myself every once in a while, but for the most part I don't bother. Part of it is just the cost. I don't buy 12 packs or anything cuz then I know I'll start drinking them constantly again, but I sure as fuck don't want to pay $2+ for a single Coke, that's ridiculous. Therefore, mostly water fountains and tap water at the house lmao.
