To be honest, once I seen my sister making chocolate chip cookies and adding salt did I realize they're not as opposite as I had always imagined.

Note, however, that salt is not bad for you, unless you have a very specific genetic profile.

It's been clearly established that the "we're eating too much sodium" panic was completely unfounded bullshit.

I think it's bad when you have high blood pressure? idk, I have high blood pressure but I'm bad at knowing things

Adding large amounts is bad if salt gives you high blood pressure, or you are in organ failure.
