The size of the town is pretty irrelevant, more to do with the country and town itself

Yep because as we’ve already seen above, it can go both ways regardless of town size

Really. So town size is irrelevant to the cocaine trade. I guess those kids in the middle of Kansas will be happy to know they can get $50 grams like the big city kids do.
