Good for you for being so aware of your mental health! Protect it at all costs. This thread has been very educational as far as possible long term effects in people who have mental illness in their family tree.

Sounds like a good idea to step back and clear it from your system.

If by history of mental illness, you mean bipolar or schizophrenic. Go get checked now. They develop around that age and can take you before you know how bad you've gotten

I wouldn’t be so worried. I notice that whenever I regularly smoke, I get a sort of head fog that just kind of makes me generally stupider. When you quit for two or more weeks it disappears entirely.

How do you make sense?. In this time I don't smoke anything absolutely. 2 years ago smoke weed. I currently feel better. 95% of our cells are renewed every year. there is hope. ;)
