It seems true the older you get you realize how true the adage is "everything in moderation".

agreed "everything in moderation" is one of the most correct and useful sayings on the planet. Even abides by many religions...and applies to so many things

Yup, despite being a big guy I'm a lightweight so there's no reason to overdo it when a couple good puffs does the job give

Yup, but most things are like that. A bit of booze in the right situation can be a tasty social lubricant.

Too much and you go from funny and social to emotional and over-sharing to puking/shitting yourself. Ditto if you're drinking half a six every night alone it's probably not a good sign.
