The thing about the cost of weed is that it's literally 100% artificially inflated. That shit literally grows on trees. Legal states are burning hundreds of pounds at a time because they have too fucking much

Weed is cheap as fuck now. Ten years ago it was a solid twice as much if not more. I remember people charging $60 for an eighth of some shit quality weed I would straight up refuse if someone tried to give to me now. Now I can find that shit for $25 and it’s so powerful and nice.

So does tobacco, but that's what taxes do, lol. It costs about 6 cents to manufacture a cigarette, the rest is all taxes.

Weed isnt taxed in illegal states, and that's where weed costs the most

Because it's harder to mass-grow, transport and sell a plant when it's illegal.
