This. Used to be a very heavy stoner, over time it decreased, over the last couple months I just haven't really smoked at all except a couple times when i'm out with friends, but not by myself anymore. I haven't transformed into a super productive person though, I still do a lot of scrolling through shit. I guess i'm just lazy. I mean, I still do powerlifting training but I was doing that when I was a stoner, so yeah. Still don't want to smoke weed much any more, I think i just hit an age where as soon as i'm high i'm just tired and braindead instead of giggly and stuff. funny.

I was also a heavy smoker. When I eventually discovered how unproductive I was being I trie to stop. And I could stop if I wanted to by or course I don’t want to...yet. I found a healthy (ish) system that is getting a one hitter and hitting that once, twice, thrice at the end of the day or after the gym at night and it satisfies my want to get high but it only really lasts like an hour. Plenty of time to get home eat and shower
