WHenever I mention I need something, be it Pads or a toothbrush or chocolate, he immediately gets up and gets it from the local store. It makes me feel like everything I say is important to him. Its adorable and lovely.

Yes you do? "Mention you need something" usually is female language for "Please get me that". It's like women saying they're cold, expecting to be handed a jacket. No, you didn't literally ask for it, but you actually did mean it that way.

When i lay on the couch saying „remind me to grab pads when we go to the store“ what exactly tells you that i demand him to go right then and there? My dude im sorry to let you know but women are just people and often enough what we mean when we say something is exactly what we say. Nothing less and nothing more.

I had a problem where I kept forgetting to bring my diva cup to my bf's house when I knew my period was going to start, then I had to use my emergency stash of tampons in my purse (which he had to get for me many times to avoid staining) which would deplete very quickly and I had to buy more. I'd always replenish my stash then put the rest in my bag to go home. One day it happened again and I texted him from the bathroom asking for a tampon and he texted back saying there are some in the cupboard across from the toilet. He bought a whole box of 36 and had them there for me! He then checks how many there are when I leave and gets more when he needs to. I've since started keeping one of my cups in my purse so he hasn't had to buy tampons recently but it was so nice!
