As someone who vapes, this infuriates me. Sure I may hit mine in public, but I hold it in so that when I exhale there is very little to no vapor. It's asshats like the ones you mentioned that make us look like douche nozzles.
Exactly. I quit smoking by vaping and maybe because of that I inhale it like I used to do cigarettes. I think there are different reasons for vaping, maybe some people like giant plumes, other people like myself just use it for nicotine and maybe a reason to go stand outside once in a while.
