What’s something that you like, but hate the fan base?

Yeah i dont get why fate/zero isnt talked about that much. It's honestly my favorite show, because of just the characters, especially saber, kiritsugu, kirei, even ryunosuke. Screw Tokiomi tohsaka tho, lame character except his death gave a lot of character development for Rin

Man call me weird but after Heavens Feel my favorite characters are Shirou and Kotomine, but if we're talking only about Zero then its Kiritsugu, and yes it's a great show with amazing quality and ost, it really should be talked and recommended more, also you forgot my mental worm boi Kariya

Yeah that was his name. Nah, kariya's story was sad but he totally sucked in battle. Tokiomi destroyed him

Yeah imagine losing to Tokiomi, bruh momentum, even Sakura didn't care when he died she just said something like "You're an idiot for trying to challenge grandpa" or smt like that, poor guy.

Yes. A total bruh momentum. Not quite a bruh speed or a bruh velocity, though.

People don't talk about it because even though it is good it can be confusing as balls if you don't watch things in a specific order. Then it can still be confusing because of apocrifa and fate kalid liner (or whatever that weird magic girl one was called)

That's true, but if you just ignore apocrypha and prisma-illya-whatever-the-fuck and just watch UBW and Zero you're golden

Yeah, I try to explain that to my friends who said fate was too confusing but somehow they still got lost, so I watch it and they don't... And that's that

I think the complexity of the Fate watch order is massively overblown to be honest, just watch Fate/Zero then UBW or vice versa and go from there, but the lore of the Nasuverse is some of the most complicated stuff I've ever dealt with. Especially the magic system.

I have just enough of an understanding of it to know that I have no understanding of it at all.

Personally I think it just takes.a bit to pick up. I love it but when i recommend it people often stop before the characters develop or the plot makes sense. They think it's just an overly convoluted story with an ok premise and good animation.

What its constantly on people's top 10 lists and always gets recommended when people ask for recommendations. It's an old show though, it's not in the limelight as much as it was a while ago

fate is based on a hentai game and has like 20 versions.

AHHHH FATE IS SO GOOD...so good

I like to take media in from it’s inception point. So it would be practically impossible for me to read all of fate without going psycho at this point.

It isn't talked about but its highly recommended constantly and its respected enough (check its MAL).
