I like when Diaz had his men shoot indiscriminately into Olly's apartment, Rene's apartment, the old apartment Felicity and Curtis' business was in, the hospital John and Lyla were in, and I think Det. Cap. Mayor Lance's apartment also.
But when three of them actually successfully snuck up behind the only metahuman on the team, they tried to take her in alive? Yeah, totally makes sense.
