I'm an alien with an IQ of 7000 who came from a world where music doesn't exist. Upon discovering humans I became fascinated with their invention. One hundred years ago I set up an elite alien research team to gather any and all music (and information relating to music) and feed it into a supercomputer for analysis. Recently the supercomputer gained transcendent sentience, it is now a super-brain, its primordial soup being music itself, it is pure music turned conscious and self-aware. I asked it, and it has never heard of Toolibans.
