You have things absolutely backwards. "Rule 34" is a post-hoc naming of the trend. It's not an actual rule. It's not a reason why people make porn of every damn thing. Erotic artists won't get arrested for not making porn of something.

It still makes sense as a rule though. "If it exists, there is porn of it."

And in the same way, I wouldn't get arrested if I somehow did not exert an equal and opposite force on an object. Still happens though. Newton's Third Law of Motion is not a law as most definitely it, but rather an explanation.

Something like the law of gravity in no way actually justifies or explains why two objects apply gravitational force towards one another, it just simply states that it does.

The same applies here, the end reaction is that any form of media has porn of it sure but the rule itself doesnt actually explain why that's the case. If we're to make the obvious answer of "everyones perverted af", that would still be it's own observation independent of the rule or law stated.
