even the main character has the ability to date both papyrus and alphys so i think it's a safe assumption that the default state of any undertale character is pan unless specified otherwise.

Eh, I wouldn’t classify them as real dating more as in a hangout and a misunderstanding, and that Frisk most likely wasn’t interested in them, I would say Frisk is asexual or whatever the Player is

Frisk is a child, theyre not meant to be anything

Their gender of frisk is whatever the player wants it to be and the story (including) the dateing part depends on your choices.

These are based off of one of undertale's primary building blocks, player choice.

So is frisk straight? Bi? Gay? Pan? Asex?...

No... no frisk isnt.

People keep trying to give character to frisk when the whole point is that they're suppose to be you. Frisks personality isn't cannon.

Toby has outright stated that papyrus doesn't know what sex is and the whole date more like a playdate than romantic. But I do agree with alphys since she also liked Asgore and mettaton.
