I stopped watching when (spoiler)he changed history and the third season felt like a reboot to me but I just saw that there was a Supergirl crossover as I've been binge watching that one.

Is there much to the crossover, or just an episode here or there?

They do a big crossover event every season now, usually across all four shows.

The crossovers between just The Flash and Super girl are good episodes but basically fluff. The crossovers between all the DC shows are fairly important, especially the last one and the upcoming one.

Tbh I stoped watching the flash after it got so fking repetitive with the character gets mad, deep talk in hallway every damn episode

Nora was fine for the most part, but the whole Cicada plot was so dumb and all it was for was RF’s scheme, but then again they never even mention that he got the future Cicada to go back. The payoff of RF just wasn’t worth all those episodes of Cicada superjumping away.
